Nicole Roberts Dillon is a Board-Certified Family Law Specialist and Family Law Attorney in Hammond, Louisiana, serving clients throughout Tangipahoa Parish and surrounding communities.. Born and raised in Ponchatoula, Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University (LSU) in December 2000, graduating Magna Cum Laude and a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority.

After graduation, Nicole began her career as a staff accountant, specializing in governmental audits, individual and corporate tax preparation, and resolving tax issues. While pursuing her legal education, she joined Seale & Ross as a law clerk. In May 2004, Nicole graduated from Tulane University Law School with a Juris Doctorate and was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 2005. She became the youngest Partner at Seale & Ross in 2010 at the age of 29 years old. Nicole is the Co-Managing Partner of Seale & Ross and is committed to maintaining the high standards and respected reputation the firm has cultivated for more than 50 years. She is licensed to practice in all Louisiana State and Federal Courts.

She is an active member and lector of St. Joseph Catholic Church, served as Secretary of the Hammond Rotary Club for six years, and has volunteered for numerous local projects, including BBQ N Blues, Rotary 10K, and Jazz Brunch for the Children’s Museum. She also serves as a pro bono attorney for the Louisiana Children’s Discovery Center and has spoken to aspiring law students about careers in law.


Personal Background


Nicole’s son, Collin, graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic High School (Class of 2016) and is retired from the U.S. Navy.  He lives in Norfolk, Virginia, with his wife and two children.
